Yes. Our consulting and representation are completely free to you. We’re paid by the service provider you choose, not by you. That means you can get expert guidance without paying out of pocket.

Once you choose a provider, they pay us a finder’s fee (sometimes called a bounty) for helping bring them a qualified customer and ensuring the process goes smoothly. This payment does not increase your cost — you pay the same as if you went directly to them.

The retainer simply says you’re working with us exclusively while we represent you to providers. It allows us to negotiate and advocate for you without competing with other agencies — ensuring you get our full attention and best effort.

A portion of every finder’s fee we receive goes directly to Wounded Warrior Project and Operation Homefront, two organizations that provide critical support to veterans and their families. Your project helps us give back to those who have served.

We’re completely independent. We don’t work for any one provider — we work for you. This means we can compare multiple providers and find the best option based on your needs, not on who pays the most.
